Editor’s note: While perusing Paula Shoyer’s new “The Healthy Jewish Kitchen: Fresh, Contemporary Recipes for Every Occasion” (Sterling Epicure, 2017), it occurred to us that her dishes have appeal far beyond what is kosher.
